ShopApron provides repair-ticket workflow tools for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and how we protect it.

When a merchant installs and uses ShopApron, we may access store, customer, product, and operational repair data needed to run the app.

  • Store information such as store name, domain, and contact details
  • Customer information such as name, email address, and phone number
  • Product and inventory information used for parts and order workflows
  • Service ticket information such as bike details, intake notes, tags, and status

How We Use Information

We use information only to operate, maintain, and improve ShopApron.

  • Create and manage service tickets
  • Link tickets with Shopify customers and products
  • Support draft order and repair workflow features
  • Maintain service reliability, security, and support

We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or customer data.

Security and Storage

ShopApron uses secure infrastructure, authenticated Shopify access, and encrypted HTTPS connections to protect data handled by the app.

Data Sharing

We do not share merchant or customer data except as needed to operate the application, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights.

Merchant Control

Merchants control the store data associated with their ShopApron use. If the app is uninstalled, Shopify access is revoked. Merchants may request deletion of stored ShopApron data related to their store by contacting support.
